We all love our time off and like to organize our holidays to make the best of them. But what happens when at the end of the year employees haven’t used all of their vacation days?<\/p>\n

Can I accumulate time off from one year to the other?<\/h2>\n
It depends on the company’s time off policy.
\nSome organizations offer a total number of vacation days at the beginning of the year and you have to use them before it ends, and others have a policy where one can get a maximum number of accrued days depending of how long the employee has been on the company. Generally employers are free to set the accrual method they think best for the organization and the employees.<\/div>\n

Now with Factorial you can select the maximum number of vacation days an employee can acumulate from one year to the other and until when does he have to use them. All acording to the time off policy you’ve selected for him. If there’s no maximum number of days you can just select unlimited accrued days.<\/p>\n

On Factorial, employees can enter the software and select their preferred vacation days. then, their supervisor will recieve an alert and accept or reject them. Employer and employee are aware at all times of how much time off they have still to enjoy.<\/p>\n
